The Emerald City

I just booked my flight to visit my college roommate for two weeks who is on Co-op in Seattle! I love to travel and have always wanted to see the beauty that is the Pacific Northwest, what with the Pacific Ocean and surrounding mountains. Not to mention it’s talented music scene, good food and historic markets. Unlike most people, I very much enjoy the clouds and rain that constantly hover over the city. It gives me a sort of soothing reassurance. Plus, I like dressing in layers. I could probably live there and be more than just fine. Any suggestions on what to do and where to go to do it would be greatly appreciated. A side trip to Portland is also most likely. Only 21 more days…
